The Communication & PA Specialist is dedicated to executing through digital and non digital channels to provide meaningful content and interactions that raise awareness of our collective purpose and strengthen key relationships, both internally and externally
You are forward-looking and drive innovation. You support and scale experimentation and identify opportunities to build better communication and patient engagement

Responsibilities
  • Communication channel management - create the communication content strategy for all channels at the affiliate level
  • Monitors quality and consistency of material and content that is timely, relevant and on-brand
  • Builds and maintains important relationships, including strong and lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs)
  • Connects with different teams within the local, regional and global Roche organization to share and learn best practices
  • Collaborate with several stakeholders to plan and execute communication activities that fill the needs of our affiliate
  • Create fit-for-purpose communications, including writing and editing of content for (materials, town halls, video scripts/messages, briefings, fact sheets, instructional guides, intranet pages/stories, talking points for leaders, presentations, pitches, and events)
  • Coordinating, participating and leading engagement with PAGs to build patients' capabilities by supporting them with sufficient knowledge and skills
  • Drive all relevant patients and PAGs interactions (Events, disease area awareness or educational programs/campaigns & materials)
  • Ensuring inclusive patient journey mapping an insight generation to set priorities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Patient Educational Programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Administrative liaison and lead on archiving documentation Work in different stages of communication projects from start to finish (e.g., planning and executing campaigns to create awareness, understanding, and adoption)
  • Staying on top of current events and researching industry trends to incorporate it into your work as well as conducting research for projects and initiatives
