COMMIS – Pastry – Artisan District Food Factory
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and service.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC · Can join immediately
- Basic & local necessary food hygiene certificates. Preferably with valid Food Handler Certificate
- Certificate in Culinary (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Commis, preferably in similar operation style (Pastry)
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques & personal grooming
- Oral proficiency in English is a must
