Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
• Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.
• Claims Management: Handle claims and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial impact.
• Compliance: Ensure all contractual and commercial activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

  Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting, with a focus on infrastructure and building projects.
• Mega Projects: Proven experience managing mega projects.
• ARAMCO Approval: Aramco Approval is a plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PMP) is a plus.
• Location: Must be based in the GCC
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in contract law and commercial management practices.
• Software: Familiarity with project management and contract management software.
