Job Description
The Commercial Leasing Officer is responsible for coordinating leasing activities and supporting the execution of strategies related to the organization’s annual leasing plan. This position takes the lead on screening prospective tenants, conducting tours, and facilitating the lease flow process.
Responsibilities
- Proven years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on retail and shopping malls
- Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Locally available in Qatar
- Immediate joining with valid QID and NOC
Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and potential tenants
- Proficiency in analyzing lease agreements and financial statements
- Familiarity with local zoning laws and regulations
- Experience in conducting market research and property inspections
- Ability to create and present property marketing materials to attract tenants
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of lease management software and databases Ability to work independently and as part of a team
