Responsibilities
- Programming and operating CNC and VMC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Setting up and calibrating machines to ensure accurate and precise machining.
- Monitoring and adjusting machine settings during the production process.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in CNC and VMC technology.
- Continuously improving skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
