CNC Lathe Machine Operator

- Operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision parts based on detailed blueprints and specifications. - Set up, adjust, and maintain CNC machinery, tools, and workpieces as required. - Monitor and troubleshoot the machine's performance to ensure optimal operation and output. - Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards and tolerances. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance machine efficiency. - Perform routine maintenance to ensure machinery is in top working condition. - Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of CNC programming. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. - Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. - Attention to detail and precision in machine operation. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
