Civil Supervisor (Only Omani)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Oman. This role is open exclusively to Omani nationals with over 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and supervision. The successful candidate will oversee civil works at project sites, ensuring that construction is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, work quality, and material usage to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and team members to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, documenting work completed and any issues encountered.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in managing resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Omani
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in civil construction supervision or a related field.
- Education: Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
