Civil QC Inspector CBT-Aramco Approved
Job Description
Looking for Certified in QA & QC – Civil Inspector with Aramco approved, having experience required in Quality plan, Quality Procedures, IFC Drawings, Method statements, Technical Queries and Inspection test plans (ITP)
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in Preparing Request for Information (RFI) checklists, Should be relevant Documents and Drawing Attachments as per Project ITP (Inspection Testing Plan) for all activities of Civil.
- Need to coordinate with QA/QC Manager, Client, Consultant & Sub contractors.
- Issues non-conformance reports to ensure quality of work and review of test reports of third party laboratory inspections & testing.
- Ensuring that all the materials delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirements.
- Conducting Tool Box meeting along with the QC inspectors, Site Engineers, site supervisor, foremen, and labor, for quality awareness for every structure.
- Checking HCIS/Type 4 Fence installed as per IFC drawings and SA standards and specifications.
- Ensure all works are carried out in safe manner in compliance with the project safety manual.
- Ensure surveillance on backfilling activities are as per standards.
- Monitoring the Trench excavation for Carbon Steel/ RTR/ RTP pipelines, Erection of pipeline and backfilling activities.
- Ensuring surveying coordinates during Erection and alignment of Precast Foundations as per IFC drawing.
- Ensuring the Grouting areas and its pouring activities as per standards.
- Monitoring the concrete activities and ensuring the quality of concrete pouring. Monitoring the curing activities for Concrete / Grout and tag system
