Civil Project Manager

Skills and Qualifications Skills: Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Project Management:

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Leadership:

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Communication:

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ability to prepare and present detailed project reports and proposals.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience in civil project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
