- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify any issues or risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Resolve any construction-related problems or disputes that may arise during the project.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fit-out and joinery techniques.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out and joinery projects.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written).
