Civil Consultant – Facilities Management
Job Description
Required to join a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia working on large scale developments. They require a Civil Consultant who will advise the client on all civil maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
This will include • Support and oversee Civil maintenance tasks • Develop forward maintenance registers for civil assets • Oversee renovation and project work • Ensuring service provider complies with regulatory compliance in regards to H&S and building codes. • Carry out assessments of existing infrastructure (roofs, drainage, walkways, walls etc
Requirements:
• A degree in Civil Engineering • A proven track record of managing civil maintenance on large scale estates/Developments in the Middle East • Able to manage service providers monitoring KPI's/SLAs • Excellent communication skills • Able to present ideas to stakeholders
