Chinese speaker Executive Assistant – Lestars Management Consultancy LLC

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and Chinese-speaking clients, communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with translation and interpretation for business meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
  • Manage the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, coordinating travel plans, and organizing meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide comprehensive reports on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials in both English and Chinese.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing expenses, organizing files, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the executive's priorities and proactively anticipate their needs.
  • Continuously improve language skills and cultural knowledge to better serve Chinese-speaking clients and support the executive in cross-cultural settings.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, coordinating team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, international relations, or linguistics.
  • Extensive experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of Chinese business etiquette and cultural norms, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural situations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
