Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a holding group or multi-business-unit organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
