Responsible for the daily operations of the GGM residence kitchen, and provides professional high quality food for their family on daily basis. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations fallow the cooking methods to meet are the high quality product. Have a very high quality personal hinge, attitude, and cleaning practices, commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrate this by example, using proper food-handling techniques. Clean all the kitchen utensils and surfaces and maintain very good standers. Independently go to the market and purchase the quality produce for day to requirements. When he is not working in the house has to work in the Rezayat residential complex kitchen.
Skills
.1- Commitment to quality service, and food, and beverage knowledge.
2. Basic math skills.
3. Knowledge of basic English language reading and writing skills.
4. Awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
5. Understanding of proper use and maintenance of major kitchen equipment, including stoves, refrigeration, slicer, knives, and dish machine.
