Job Description

Knowledge of international cuisines, both hot and cold sections and the proper food handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with the specified menus.
  • Regularly monitor and control the inventory of foods and kitchen supplies to avoid waste and ensure on time replenishment of stocks.
  • Practice and maintain the required level of safety, healthy and hygienic standards in the kitchen.
