Job Description
We are looking for below position with 2-3 years industrial catering experience;
Responsibilities
Catering Supervisors – 3 Nos • Supervise and lead catering staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen personnel. • Plan and coordinate catering logistics, including setup, service, and cleanup. • Monitor food quality to ensure it meets culinary standards and is presented attractively. • Oversee food preparation and service to maintain freshness and food safety. • Manage catering supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked. • Ensuring that communication is maintained with Catering Manager. • Ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented and served properly. • Maintained smooth and timely operations in preparation and delivery of meals and kitchen sanitation. • Controlling inventories of food, equipment, and report shortages to designate. • Maintaining positive employee relations and a positive team environment. • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all catering operations.
