Job Description
- As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and efficient management of inventory levels, ensuring that the organization’s stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline inventory management processes, minimize inventory shrinkage, and optimize inventory turnover, thereby contributing to cost savings and improved profitability for the organization.
- Regularly perform inventory audits, and reconcile any discrepancies to maintain a high level of accuracy in the inventory database and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Examine inventory data, spot trends, and generate reports to offer insights into inventory performance, assisting management in making informed decisions about inventory control strategies and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
