Caregiver
Job Description
The trayline caregiver shall be responsible in providing smooth trayline service and in charge for delivering and collecting food trolleys and collaborating with the team member to provide efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service • Collecting and delivering food trolleys from the kitchen to the patients’ floor
- Collecting clearance trolley from the floors and bringing them back to the dish washing area
- Preparation of trayline items and mis en place
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
- Utilizing company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with other Team Members and departments
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
