CAMP BOSS
We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee and manage our camp operations in UAE The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily camp operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Handle staff issues and maintain a productive work environment.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of camp facilities.
Prepare and manage budgets and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Camp Boss in UAE
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
Available for immediate joining
Nationality : Indians ( fluent in Hindi must)
