Responsibilities
1 Overall building management: Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, security and other management tasks of the building.
2 Reservation service management: Responsible for reservations for hospitals, home doctors, aesthetics, hotels, restaurants, golf and sports lessons, music lessons, children's tutoring, home training, dry cleaning, pet care, shopping, etc.
3 Driving and Transportation Assistance: Acts as a driver when required and assists with transportation and mobility.
4 Household helper management: Manage all helpers working in the house and coordinate to ensure that their work runs smoothly.
5 Private service provision: We take care of all household matters and provide private and best hotel residence services.
6 Budget and cost management: Efficiently manage costs incurred at home and manage the budget appropriately.
7 Annual planning and schedule management: Manage your family's annual schedule and important events and coordinate them systematically.
8 Response to emergency situations: Develop a response plan for emergency situations and respond quickly when necessary.
