Job Description
Analyze and document business processes related to HCM to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. This includes but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and payroll. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and objectives and serve as a liaison between the HR department and IT to translate business needs into system requirements. Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS R12/Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Conduct regular system audits to ensure accurate and efficient operation. Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HCM systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT to manage system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance tasks
- Monitor system usability and gather feedback from users to identify opportunities for continuous improvements
- Manage projects and tasks by creating project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices within the system's processes
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HCM Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 HCM.
- Knowledge of HCM Cloud solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Arabic Language is a must.
- Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law, and VAT is a pl
- Preferred Skills IIBA, IREB, ISCB or PMI certifications in business analysis are a plus
