1. Sales and Revenue KPIs:

a. Total sales revenue

b. Sales growth percentage

c. Average transaction value

d. Sales per square foot of retail space

e. Gross margin and gross margin percentage

2. Inventory Management KPIs:

a. Inventory turnover in and out

b. Stock aging analysis

c. Inventory carrying costs

d. Merging and reverse logistic

e. Inventory aging liquidation

3. Store Operations KPIs:

a. Customer traffic and conversion rates, UPT, ATV improvement

b. Store staff cost as a percentage of sales

c. Shrinkage or loss prevention rate

d. Customer satisfaction scores

e. Staff rota management

4. Supply Chain and Logistics KPIs:

a. On-time delivery performance

b. Order fulfillment accuracy

c. Transportation and warehousing costs as a percentage of sales

d. Supplier lead time and performance

5. Profitability and Cost Management KPIs:

a. Operating profit margin

b. Overhead costs as a percentage of sales

c. Cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales

d. Return on investment for capital expenditures

d. To analysis the exiting store for the cash profit and take an action accordingly

6. Employee Productivity and Development KPIs:

7. Omnichannel and E-commerce KPIs

8. Business Expansion

a. To work very closely with the business development team

b. Market study for the new location and business expansion

c. Running feasibility for the new store opening.

d. To analysis the existing brand portfolio with expansion prospective

9. Product Buying

a. Analyzing the market trend

b. Participate in the brand product buying

c. Sharing and coordination with the corporate brand team

d. Coordinate with the brand principle for any type of brand concerns written communication skills
