Job Description

Candidate must have at least 7+ Years of experience in Recruitment or Manpower providing recruitment agency, someone who has prior experience in Saudi Arabia’s recruitment agency Side,

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in recruitment and outsourcing.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients,
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities.
