Job Description
Candidate must have at least 7+ Years of experience in Recruitment or Manpower providing recruitment agency, someone who has prior experience in Saudi Arabia’s recruitment agency Side,
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in recruitment and outsourcing.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients,
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities.
