We are an internationally renowned coffee brand with a strong presence in various global markets. As part of our strategy, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Mid-Level Business Development Manager to spearhead the establishment of a new business line in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The Mid-Level Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in launching and managing our new business line (Coffee brand) in KSA. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the local market, exceptional business acumen, and proven experience in successfully introducing new products or services in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Opportunity Assessment: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and assess market feasibility for the new business line. - Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop a robust market entry strategy. Business Planning and Strategy: - Develop a detailed business plan outlining short-term and long-term goals, sales targets, and marketing strategies for the new business line. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure seamless execution of the plan. New Business Development: - Identify and engage with potential business partners, suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders to establish strategic alliances and partnerships. - Drive negotiations and contractual agreements with external parties to secure favorable terms and maximize business opportunities. Sales and Revenue Generation: - Establish and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness and maximize profitability. Operational Oversight: - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational setup, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics for the new business line. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout all operational processes. Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to support the new business line's growth objectives. - Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
