Business Development Manager – MBC Management Consultancies
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from reputed institute
- Proven experience in business development, sales, in Business Advisory / consultancy
- Industry-specific knowledge and expertise - Auditing, Accounting, Legal, Company formation etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Fluency in English
- Can work with targets
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience
