Business Development Manager – MBC Management Consultancies

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and competitive landscape
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from reputed institute
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, in Business Advisory / consultancy
  • Industry-specific knowledge and expertise - Auditing, Accounting, Legal, Company formation etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Fluency in English
  • Can work with targets
  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience
