The ideal candidate will be possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality sector. Drive revenue growth and enhance market position through strategic planning. Identify new business opportunities, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and lead innovative marketing campaigns. Stay ahead of industry trends, manage digital presence, and coordinate events to boost brand visibility. Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development or marketing roles within the luxury 5-star hotel industry in Dubai.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the hospitality sector.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
