Business Development Manager – KSA – Nexucon Consultancy Pvt Ltd
Responsibilities
- Minimum 10+ year of sales experience with Strong local customer base in IT Services and Consulting (Specially in SAP, Application Development, Cloud and AI sales) in KSA and MENA region.
- Must be an Individual contributor in Revenue generation.
- Must be fluent on Arabic and English language speaking, Writing.
- Candidate should be travel friendly.
- Habituated in Daily/weekly reporting to management about Revenue target vs achievement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the IT sector, in alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics in KSA, UAE & MENA.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing IT clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for staffing services, including project-based contracts contract, contract to hire and full-time roles in KSA, UAE & MENA REGION.
- Oversee the IT sales pipeline, managing lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the on-boarding process for hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and projects.
- Acquire new clients and maintain awareness of the recruitment process for domestic & International both territories.
- Collaborate with TA teams of various organizations to understand client requirements.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct appropriate research on their business and needs. Negotiate payment terms with clients.
- Conduct daily analysis and follow-ups with clients.
