We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation and sales efforts in the growing EV charging market. The ideal candidate will focus on targeting potential clients from hotels, malls, residential complexes, office buildings, and commercial properties across Dubai, offering cutting-edge EV charging solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through personal visits, phone calls, emails, and networking within the target sectors (hotels, malls, residential complexes, office and commercial buildings). Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers to promote Zynetic's EV charging solutions. Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable EV charging solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure smooth installation and support for clients. Maintain an organized and updated database of leads, clients, and sales activities using CRM tools. Actively stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the EV charging space. Report regularly to the management team on sales performance and lead generation efforts. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate, energy, or technology sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and the broader renewable energy market is a plus. Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and in-person meetings. Own vehicle required for commuting to client locations across Dubai. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets. Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic) are an advantage.
