Job Description
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with more than 5 years of experience in the sales role preferably in the sanitary ware, construction or design sector.
Responsibilities
• Responsible to reach project sales channels targets in the reference area. • Responsible to identify key architects, developers and studios of the area working in mega projects and to build long-term collaborations. • Responsible to present collections to Architects, Design Studios, Developers and other key stakeholders. • Responsible to develop/support A&D and key stakeholders setting up specifications for projects. • Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area. • Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director. • Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D. • Cooperate with our HQ back-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing. • Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region • Responsible to leverage on company tools (e.g. Edicola, CRM, others) on the day-by-day tasks.

• Planning and organizational skills. • Decision-making ability. • Team working. • High results and target oriented. • Excellent presentation & communication skills. • Good analytical skills. • Fluent in English language, other language is a plus (as local language) • Resident in KSA, preferably Riyadh. • Knowledge of the market and good understanding of the project channel. • Good network in the project channels. • Connections with the key architects, developers and design studios is a MUST.
