  1. Should have experience with HR or Recruitment companies or agencies like maharah, smasco, soundlines etc.
  2. End to End Sales process with corporate
  3. Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  4. Lead generation of prospective clients & Maintaining the database of prospective and current clients on CRM
  5. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on client acquisition progress
  6. generate new leads and convert them to clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B sales corporate environment in HR or Recruitment Company industry background
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Valid Iqama
  • Valid Driving Lic
  • Age below 35 years
