Business Development Executive – Contracts – TAAYEN

Responsibilities
1, Develop and implement strategies to acquire new contracts from manpower companies. 2, Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. 3, Negotiate contract terms and ensure alignment with company objectives. 4, Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or contract management, preferably in the recruitment industry. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. License: Valid Saudi driving license is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Language: English / Speaking Arabic is advantage
