Job Description
JBT Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the contracting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships within the construction and contracting sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contracting and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Collaborate with project managers and the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain an organized record of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the contracting or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the contracting market, including client needs, project cycles, and industry regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
