Job Description

JBT Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the contracting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships within the construction and contracting sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contracting and construction sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized record of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the contracting or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the contracting market, including client needs, project cycles, and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
