Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and target clients to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key clients.
  • Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets
  • Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT products, services, and technologies to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus. 2+ years of experience in Sales within the IT industry. In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, networking, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Language preference - Arabic Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
