We are looking for a Company Formation Consultant / Corporate Sales to join our Operations and customer service team at Black Swan business Set up Services.
Responsibilities
This pivotal role serves as the primary contact for both our internal team's queries and our clients. Key pre-requisites: • Have some experience in Corporate Sales having sales cycle handling experience • Immediate availability to join or a short notice joining date • Experience in business setup, immigration or similar industries is not needed but is a plus. Key Responsibilities: • Leads Handling: Identify, engage, and qualify prospects contacting the company and ensuring a healthy pipeline of potential clients interested in company formation, visa applications, and related services. • Initial Consultation: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert consultations to understand their needs, explain our services, and establish the value proposition. • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each potential client, focusing on their unique needs and how our services can meet those needs. • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospective clients from the first touchpoint, demonstrating industry knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to understand and articulate client needs. • Proposal and Pitch Creation: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits of our services, the process involved, and the value it brings to the client. • Negotiation and Closure: Lead the negotiation process, effectively addressing any client concerns or objections, and drive the conversation towards a successful sale closure. • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed services are feasible and aligned with the company's capabilities and standards. • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, keeping accurate records of interactions, and moving potential clients through the sales funnel towards closure. • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from potential clients, regardless of whether a sale is closed, to refine sales strategies, improve service offerings, and enhance client engagement techniques.
