Job Description

This position’s main responsibility is to keep property standard as per company procedures. Also, it is also responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating maintenance requests, and providing administrative support to the property management team. It ensures a professional and welcoming environment while maintaining efficient communication and administrative processes.

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage access control systems and ensure the security of the building.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting mail and managing deliveries.
  • Provide general information and address residents' concerns or requests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Reception: 1 year (Preferred)
