Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Engineering
Skills Required
- Essential:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Desirable:
- MEP knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
Experience & Certifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or a related field.
Main Role
- Coordinate and oversee BIM processes for construction projects, ensuring accurate setup, testing, and adjustment of building models to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and coordinate building models across various disciplines involved in the construction process.
- Test models for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project goals.
- Identify and resolve model inconsistencies and clashes.
- Monitor and manage BIM process adjustments to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee BIM project management, planning, and progress tracking.
- Coach team members on BIM practices and support their implementation.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Performance Goals
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Achieve defined KPIs and continuously enhance design quality.
- Maintain awareness of current design trends and integrate them effectively.
