Job Description
To plan, direct and implement the latest marketing strategies to effectively build the financial and operational goals of the brand.
Responsible for Planning organizing and controlling the service and maintenance related operations to achieve departmental objectives with increasing the efficiency of service operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of short-term and long-term business plans and budgets based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.
- Build very strong relationship network with strategic partners Review, evaluate and approve Business enhancement opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunity within Kuwait.
- Responsible for developing and improving all operational KPI's.
- Ensure suitable marketing and sales coverage for the portfolio of products, contributing to the achievement of profitable volume objectives.
- Manage the successful implementation of the Fleet marketing plan.
- Achieve company wide, and specifically the Fleet Departments’ buy-in to the plan, monitor its implementation, ensuring that the key milestones are observed and adhered to.
- Ensure that all departments work closely together, communicate and strive for total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that product standards are implemented in each department and that all employees understand the product philosophy with the view to develop and elevate the Brand.
- Manage showroom activities to deliver the highest levels of service.
- Assess all staff and implementing a training programs where and when applicable.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct Manager
