Responsibilities
  • Clerical Functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
  • Amending computer jobcards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
  • Preparing all external and internal jobcards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
  • Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
  • Arranging daily workshop performance report.
  • Prepare incentive computation and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
  • Ensure all vehicle repairs to be of BYD Quality
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by on-time completion of vehicle repairs or service.
  • Ensure full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, reception, and quality control.

  • Maintain up-to-date progress on each and every vehicle under maintenance / repair.
  • Ensure Technicians’ optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain standard operation codes and current flat-rate manuals.
  • Ensure all materials and labour resources used are posted to each and every job card.
  • Ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g. tools, SSTs, manuals etc. are returned back to the store on time. Non-returnable material such as paint and consumables issued is recorded for adjustment against inventory and charging to job cards.
  • Provide the necessary assistance to Workshop Manager on administrative matters e.g. attendance record, incentive calculation, time sheet control / compilation, fixed asset inventory audit, etc.
  • Ensure high standard of safety regarding the stored item to prevent fire hazard or any other accident.
  • Daily monitor waste stock such as oils, tires, batteries, metal, plastic, paper etc. Organize collection for saleable items and disposal of rubbish items.
