Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Board Secretary to join our consulting and management consulting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of board meetings, and managing corporate governance activities. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and distribute materials for Board meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided and accessible. Attend Board meetings and accurately record minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 9 to 16 years of experience as a Board Secretary or in a senior administrative role supporting executive leadership or boards, preferably within consulting or management consulting firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance practices, regulatory compliance, and legal requirements related to board operations and corporate administration.
