Bike Delivery Boy – JDRR
Responsibilities
- Delivering packages and food orders to customers safely and on time.
- Following traffic rules and regulations while riding the bike.
- Ensuring the bike is in good working condition and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling food orders.
- Interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Collecting payment from customers and providing them with receipts.
- Keeping track of delivery records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Reporting any incidents or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar delivery role preferred.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling packages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages.
