Barback/ Assistant Barista

Stock Management: Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies appropriately. Maintain inventory of beverages, glassware, and other bar supplies. Ensure all stock areas are organized and stocked throughout service hours. Support Bartenders: Prepare ingredients and garnishes for drinks according to recipes and standards. Assist bartenders during service by fetching and delivering necessary items. Help maintain cleanliness of bar stations and equipment. Customer Service: Assist in serving non-alcoholic beverages to customers as needed. Help guests find seating during busy periods and ensure their needs are met promptly. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and polish glassware, bar surfaces, and equipment. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. Ensure bar area and surrounding spaces are kept clean and presentable. Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation. Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests and maintain service standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
