Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
- Assist in the development and review of project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and presentations, offering insights and guidance on automotive-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all project activities.
- Mentor and train project team members on automotive-related topics and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the automotive industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on manufacturing, R&D, quality assurance, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading or supporting automotive projects.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
