We are looking a Brand Manager for McLaren Doha responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategy and plans to enhance brand image whilst achieving sales targets and ensuring quality in the sales process.
Brand Manager helps to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative and will be responsible for maximizing the sales and aftersales team potential, crafting sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, manager and develop entire Operations (Showroom, Sales, Aftersales and workshop operation and the departments)
- Support, mentor and engage with all management positions,
- Manage daily operations, recommend and create an improved course of action where necessary,
- Responsible to control expenses and maintain customer satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships
- Manage company processes
- Stay current on market knowledge
- Maintain a balanced inventory in new vehicles
- Create a positive sales culture for the team focusing on employee retention
- Respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Manage and oversee the After Sales, McLaren workshop operations,
- Review and monitor sales plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis,
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully,
- Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, display, housekeeping and product information to convey the desired image of the brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience a Automotive Dealership Brand Manager,
- Have a record of outstanding sales achievement and Excellence in Customer Service
- Be a process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees Have strong selling skills to take the dealership to establish a new vehicle
- Be a hands on daily leader who stays involved in all parts of the operation
- Have a strong attention to and appreciation for the details
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic and integrity
- A comprehensive understanding of dealer management systems (DMS),
- Experience in implementation of automotive dealer standards,
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications,
- Minimum of degree level education in related area.
