Job Description

The Accessories Coordinator sells and merchandises all OEM and aftermarket products for the dealership. This position plans and forecasts monthly objectives and works in concert with the new, used, parts and service departments to maximize gross profit opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Daily Maintenance of report
  • Coordination with Accessories Workshop
  • Oversee the logistics of delivering cars
  • Ensuring that transportation is arranged, monitoring the progress of deliveries, and addressing any issues that arise during transit.
  • Order Status Monitoring
  • Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to track the status of each order.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and received on time, and promptly address any delays or issues that may occur.
  • Engage with vendors to negotiate the best possible prices for products.
  • Maintain meticulous records of commissions earned by the sales team related to vehicle shipments and accessory sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production working with accessories
  • Exposure in excel and word.
  • Must be an organized self-starter.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication in English and Russian language.
