Blue Beach Tower is a premier 5-star hotel apartment located in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. We offer luxurious accommodations, world-class amenities, and unparalleled service to our guests. We are currently looking for two dynamic and experienced Leisure Market Specialists to join our team, specializing in the JBR market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain leisure travelers mainly from Russian-speaking markets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key partners in the JBR market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
- Represent Blue Beach Tower at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, performance metrics, and sales activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in the JBR market.
- Strong knowledge of the leisure travel market and key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Driving License with own car.
