Responsibilities

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.   Reporting structure Reporting to Mall Marketing Manager   Role/Purpose of the job   Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager, Marketing to join our marketing team. As the Assistant Manager, Marketing you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing successful marketing campaigns as the Marketing Calendar, with a focus on digital marketing and social media marketing, as well as coordinating and executing events within the mall. You will work closely with the social media agency, relevant stake holders , tenants, and internal teams to ensure the mall's brand is accurately represented via different communication platforms and all events are executed flawlessly. In addition to event coordination and digital marketing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for conducting research, presenting ideas and strategies, and analyzing data.   Relevant experience • 5-7 years of experience in traditional marketing • Experience in event coordination, including tenant management, logistics, and execution. • Experience in Social Media and Digital marketing working with a agencies to execute successful campaigns.   Requirement timeline

  Key accountabilities • Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on digital and social media marketing, to drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales for the mall. • Manage the mall's social media accounts, including daily monitoring, analyzing and reporting on performance, and making recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with the social media agency to manage and curate social media calendar , respond to customer inquiries and feedback. • Coordinate and execute events within the retail mall, including tenant management, logistics, and execution. • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all events align with the mall's overall marketing strategy and brand messaging. • Collaborate with tenants and internal teams to create a calendar of events and ensure all events are promoted effectively. • Attend events and oversee on-site execution to ensure they run smoothly and meet the expectations of all stakeholders. • Manage relationships with tenants to ensure a high level of service is maintained at all times. • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences, and use insights to develop effective marketing strategies. • Devise and present ideas and strategies for promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic. • Write and proofread creative copy for marketing materials. • Maintain websites and mobile app , ensure all marketing comms are up to date and conduct data analytics to continually optimize their performance. • Generate monthly reports on website and mobile app performance and social media campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement. • Evaluate marketing reports and sales data in liaison with your reporting managers and other team members, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies. • Present regular updates and information to other department heads and executives. • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars. • Adhere to and implement company policies and procedures.   Skills/Attributes • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and email marketing platforms. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively. • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis. • Ability to devise creative ideas and strategies for promotional activities. • Ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to stakeholders.   Other benefits
