Refine Interior Design is hiring Assistant Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the team to ensure excellent customer service is provided and enhance the customer shopping experience;
- Utilize various media resources to implement effective promotional plans and expand influence;
- Responsible for the daily operations of the gallery, data analysis & monthly reporting, and proposing improvement and reform measures;
- Manage the display of items in the gallery, creating a pleasant shopping environment;
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of new employees;
- Handle & resolve customer complaints and suggestions;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
