Job Description

Assistant Manager IT/ IT Executive – Rise Hospitality Management

Responsibilities
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, networks, and related hardware.
  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Maintain and update IT assets inventory and ensure all systems are operational.
  • Monitor and manage local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring optimal performance.
  • Oversee network security and ensure firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems are up to date.
  • Coordinate with service providers for internet and telecommunication services.
  • Implement and manage data security measures, including data encryption, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ensure regular backups of critical systems and data, and perform periodic testing of recovery processes.
