Responsibilities
- Supervise Stewarding Operations: Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring the efficient cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen areas, dishware, and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels and requisition supplies, ensuring that all cleaning agents, tools, and equipment are adequately stocked and available for smooth operations.
- Implement Hygiene Standards: Implement and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel policies.
- Promote Strong Collaboration: As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of operation and seamless coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will foster a harmonious work environment.
